The WPA, Enrique Alfarez, & Mardi Gras

Today I spent some quality time at the New Orleans Public Library, where I had recently gotten a library card for the first time in this parish. While searching for some books to research a painting of floats, I came across the WPA Guide to New Orleans and a little something on Enrique for a different project I am working on. Oh, and I finished another painting, started another and will soon be finishing a certain painting for a friend who happens to co-author this site with me.
