My Daughter Audrey

It didn't happen today, but it did happen yesterday and I am still reeling from it. As my EX-wife's parents came to pick up my two daughters, my youngest (while clinging to me) said, "I don't want to go with them...I want to stay with you." It wasn't the first time she's said this and I re-assured her that one day she will be able to make that decision for herself, but my heart just swelled with love. Moments like that...yes...moments like that can leave me speechless.
